Fish is really tasty and healthy, so add it to your dinner menu. This time I prepared a delicious fillet with aromatic and spicy spices that perfectly emphasize the taste of the fish. A simple and delicious dish perfect for everyone 🙂

400 g rainbow trout, fillet
2 tablespoon of olive oil
½ lime (zest and juice)
4 cloves of garlic, minced
½ teaspoon chili powder
¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 teaspoon of sweet paprika
¼ teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon dried parsley
½ teaspoon oregano
¼ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon freshly ground pepper
150 g cherry tomatoes, halved
1 onion, sliced
sprig of fresh rosemary

Wash the fish thoroughly and dry it with a paper towel. In a small bowl combine all of the spices with olive oil, lime zest and juice. Brush the fish with the spices and make sure to coat it very well. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the fish to connect with the spices. Preheat the oven to 180ºC. Place the marinated fish into an ovenproof dish. Place the cherry tomatoes and onions on each side of the fish. Add slices of lime and some sprigs of rosemary. Bake for 20-25 minutes. Serve with fries 🙂
