A classic burger with juicy meat, delicious sauce, melt cheese, crispy buns and fresh vegetables is the perfect idea for a great and tasty dish. For the Halloween occasion, I tried to slightly diversify this classic dish, so it is how this small and delicious monster burger was created 🙂

Ingredients:

400 g ground beef
a pinch salt and pepper
2 burger buns (recipe)
1-2 tablespoons of burger sauce (recipe)
2 pieces of iceberg lettuce
1 big tomato, sliced
1 white onion,sliced
1 pickle, sliced
2 pieces of melt cheese
1-2 tablespoon of ketchup

Procedure:

Combine meat, salt and pepper in a mixing bowl. Mix thoroughly using your hands until well combined. Divide the meat mixture into two and make it a round shape. Flatten the meat by hands to make it a little wider. Heat the pan over a medium heat. Fry the meat for 5-8 minutes on each side or until it is cooked. Set aside. Cut each buns horizontally. Spread each buns with a spoon (or more) of burger sauce. Arrange all the vegetables one by one, add the patty and cheese. You have to cut the cheese into half-triangle and top into the patty and decorate like a monster’s teeth. Drizzle with ketchup to make a bloody-look. To make the monster’s eyes, make two holes into a buns using a knife and put tomatoes inside of it.

Enjoy!
