An extended version of the classic burger, rich in many flavors and energy for the whole day. Believe me, nobody will be hungry after such a serving of calories. Classically, this burger is served with meat, cheese, ketchup and mayonnaise, but I also decided to add some vegetables and barbecue sauce. You can also add some hot sauce or your favorite sauce but the most important thing is that you like the burger and it’s tasty for you 🙂

Ingredients:

Burger Patty:

500 g ground pork
1 onion, chopped
3 garlic, minced
1-2 chili, chopped
3 tablespoon powder bread
1 large egg
a handful of fresh coriander, chopped (optional)
salt and pepper

Additional Ingredients:

4 tablespoon ready barbecue sauce
iceberg lettuce
1 big tomato, sliced
cucumber, sliced
1 small red onion, sliced
4 slices of cheese
4 pieces of burger buns
300 g or 3 packs of sliced bacon

Procedure:

In a big mixing bowl, place all the patty ingredients. Mix thoroughly using your hands until well combined. Divide the meat mixture into 4 and make a round shape. Press meat down to make it little wider. Grill the patties 5-8 minutes on each side or until it will be cooked. Set aside. Cut each bun horizontally along the middle. Spread a spoon (or more) of barbecue in each bun. Put all the vegetables one by one, patty and cheese. Flatten the burger. Wrap each burger with sliced bacon. Fry in a non stick pan on each side until bacon turns into nicely brown and crispy. Serve immediately 🙂

Enjoy!
