Taco With A Mix Of Salsa
Taco is a Mexican dish that is often prepared as a side dish or snack and its main ingredient is beef. In my version, however, there is no meat, it is a vegetarian taco with a different mix of salsa: sweet, slightly salty or spicy, and it depends on the person applying it what proportion they want. Easy to prepare, rich in various flavors and a beautifully presented dish 🙂
Ingredients:
Pack of tacos (12 pieces)
Carrot Salsa:
1 carrot, cut into ribbons with a peeler
1 tablespoon of soy sauce
1 tablespoon of olive oil
6-7 grains of crushed coriander
1 teaspoon of sesame seeds
Chili Salsa:
1 tablespoon green parsley, chopped
1 chili pepper, diced (if you want a less spicy salsa, remove the seeds)
1 small onion, sliced
1 small tomato, diced
pinch of salt
Apple And Cucumber Salsa:
1 tablespoon green parsley, chopped
1 ground cucumber, diced
1 small apple, diced (pitted)
half a lime juice
pinch of salt
Procedure:
Prepare three bowls. Blend the salsa ingredients together to get three different salsas. Take one taco and apply a bit of each salsa. I put carrot salsa at the bottom, chili salsa in the middle and apple and cucumber salsa on top. Repeat the process until you are full or until you run out of ingredients 🙂
Enjoy!
