Easy to prepare, tasty and low-calorie salad. All you need to do is take a moment to cut and another minute to mix it, and this is how you create a delicious addition to your lunch. Fast, tasty, dietary, that is simply a perfect mix 🙂

Ingredients:

40 g of lamb’s lettuce, washed and dried
6 red radishes, sliced
1 cucumber
1 tablespoon of chopped dill
1 tablespoon of green parsley, chopped
2 ½ tablespoons of plain yoghurt
2 cloves of garlic squeezed through the press
pinch of salt
a pinch of pepper

Preparation:

In one dish, mix the yoghurt with garlic, pepper and salt thoroughly. Cut the cucumber in half and scoop out the seeds with a teaspoon. Cut into slices and put in a bowl. In the same bowl, put the lamb’s lettuce, radishes, dill and parsley. Mix all vegetables thoroughly. Before serving, add the previously prepared sauce with yogurt and garlic and mix all the ingredients thoroughly. The salad goes great with lunch 🙂
