Small pancakes that look a bit like flakes are a nice alternative to a nutritious breakfast and a great snack. In addition, the appearance of these pancakes is really sweet, they look great on the table. With the addition of fruit, we have a simple but extremely delicious dish 🙂


1 cup flour
1 glass milk
1 large egg
3 tablespoons oil
3 tablespoon sugar
1 cup of fresh raspberries
1 banana, sliced


Seperate the white egg and egg yolk into two different bowls. Start beating the egg whites until stiff. Beat the egg yolk with flour sugar and milk and oil until well combined. Add the egg whites and gently fold it to combine. Place the pancake mixture into a piping bag. Heat up the pan over medium-low heat. Pipe out mini pancakes and cook until pancakes start to bubble. Flip into the other side and cook for 30 seconds or 1 minute. The pancakes should be golden brown. Place into a bowl and top with raspberries and bananas or fruit that you like. You can also add your favorite sweetener and milk 🙂
