Roasted Chicken Legs
I love roast chicken, it is a great way to cook a dish for several people with little to do. The aromatic marinade does the most work here, and the way it is baked makes the chicken juicy, delicious and melts in your mouth 🙂
Ingredients:
1 kg of chicken thigh and drumsticks
1 teaspoon of honey
1 teaspoon of your favorite mustard
1 teaspoon of pepper
½ teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon granulated garlic
1 teaspoon of oregano
1 teaspoon turmeric powder
2 tablespoons of oil
1 tablespoon of sweet pepper
Procedure:
All ingredients, except the meat, mix thoroughly for the marinade. Put the meat in a bowl, pour in the marinade and rub the marinade thoroughly over each piece of chicken. Marinate the meat for at least an hour and preferably overnight. Line the baking tray with baking paper and place the chicken. Put in the oven preheated to 190°C (top – bottom) and bake for 40-50 minutes. If you want the meat to come off the bones, reduce the temperature to 120°C and bake for another 30 minutes. Serve with baked potatoes, fries and your favorite salad 🙂
