Wings are one of my favorite parts in chicken. For me it is perfect for a party especially if you are thinking about finger-food ideas or even for a classic dinner. The meat comes out juicy, the skin is so crispy that they immediately disappear from the plate 🙂

1 kg of chicken wings, cleaned, washed and dried
3 cloves of garlic squeezed through the press
2 teaspoons of sweet pepper
½ teaspoon of spicy pepper
½ teaspoon of pepper
pinch of salt
1 ½ teaspoon of Provencal herbs
5 tablespoons of oil

Mix the oil with garlic, sweet pepper, hot pepper, salt, pepper and herbes de Provence. Rub the wings with the marinade and refrigerate for at least an hour for the ingredients to bite (preferably overnight). Preheat the oven to 180°C and bake the wings for 40 minutes (after 20 minutes you can sprinkle it with a little water).
