Baked garlic is often prepared in our home. It goes well with baked dishes, and then as a paste for cold sandwiches. After baking, the garlic loses its sharp taste and smell, and a sweet garlic flavor is produced. An extremely simple recipe, and really delicious and useful 🙂
1 head of garlic with the top cut off to reveal the cloves
1 teaspoon of oil
a pinch of Himalayan salt (can be normal salt)
Brush the top of the garlic with oil and season with salt. Put in the oven preheated to 200°C (heater top – bottom) for about 30 minutes. Serve with your favorite main courses or as a paste for sandwiches, for example.
