One of the simpler recipes to prepare and really delicious. In addition, it looks great on the table. The intense taste of cauliflower, the right composition of spices, emphasizing the taste with almonds, pomegranate and parsley make this a recipe for a feast 🙂


1 cauliflower
1-2 tablespoon of oil
1 teaspoon chili powder
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
¼ teaspoon ground cumin
1-2 tablespoon lemon juice
2 tablespoons fresh chopped parsley
pomegranate seeds
almond flakes


Preheat the oven to 180°C. Peel the leaves off the cauliflower and cut the bottom of the stalk. Make sure to cut it flat to let the cauliflower lay in. Mix all the spices together with lemon juice and rub all over the cauliflower. Cover the cauliflower with foil and place into a baking tray. Bake for an hour or until cooked through. When the cauliflower is cooked, transfer into the dish. Sprinkle with chopped parsley, pomegranate seeds and almonds flakes 🙂
