Pork Loin In Garlic Sauce

Ingredients:
1 kg of pork, cut into half slices and broken with a pestle
½ cup of flour to coat
1 teaspoon of dried sweet pepper
1 teaspoon of marjoram
400 g of cream 18%
200 ml of water
5 cloves of garlic squeezed through the press
1 teaspoon of flour for the sauce
1 teaspoon of dried parsley
1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill
salt and pepper to taste
oil for frying
Procedure:
Mix the pork loin with sweet pepper, marjoram, salt, pepper and coat in flour. Heat the oil in a frying pan over high heat and fry the pork loin in batches on each side until golden brown. Transfer the fried pork to the plate. During this time, thoroughly mix the cream, water, a teaspoon of flour, garlic and parsley in a bowl. When all the pieces of pork are fried, transfer them to the pan and pour over the cream sauce. Simmer, covered, over low heat for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add the dill and mix thoroughly, stew for about a minute. Possibly season to taste. Serve with potatoes and, for example, fried mushrooms 🙂
