2 tablespoons of oil
1 tablespoon of honey
3 tablespoons of soy sauce

3 cloves of garlic squeezed through the press
pinch of salt

Procedure:

Pour oil and soy sauce into a medium bowl and mix. Add the garlic, thyme, honey and salt, mix thoroughly until the marinade is uniform. Rub the sirloin with the marinade and leave it in the refrigerator overnight. After this time, fry the sirloin in oil on each side. After frying, put it in a baking sleeve and add the onion. Close the sleeve and bake for 25-30 minutes at 180ยบC. After baking, take the sirloin out of the oven and wait 10 minutes for the juices to settle down. After this time, cut the meat into slices. Serve with the sleeve sauce and onion. The meat goes great with potatoes and your favorite salad ๐Ÿ™‚
