We now have hot summer days, which means that the appetite is rather smaller and the desire for sweets increases. So let’s prepare a healthy cocoa breakfast with lots of flavor and energy. We get a sweetish taste from the sugars contained from the fruit, which are dipped in many useful ingredients, such as vitamins or fiber 🙂

Ingredients:

1 avocado, cut in half and pitted
2 tablespoons of cocoa
2 tablespoons of ground almonds
60 g of oatmeal
60 g of dates
200 ml of milk
a handful of ice cubes

Preparation:

Put all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth and fluffy for 1 minute. Serve in a glass 🙂
