Beef Steak with Vegetables
Beef steaks have many flavor qualities, and with the addition of butter, they turn out extremely tasty. In addition, delicious vegetables with basic spices and butter makes a delicious dish. Simple dish that only takes a few minutes to cook yet is amazing 🙂
Ingredients:
500 g of a thin beef leg (i have 2 slices) at room temperature
3 tablespoons of butter
300 g of spinach
450 g of frozen vegetables (in my case, cauliflower, broccoli, carrots)
salt and pepper to taste
frying oil
â…› glass of water
Procedure:
Pour water over a high heat in a frying pan, add 1 and a half tablespoon of butter and a pinch of salt. When the butter is melted and the mixture is boiling, add the frozen vegetables. Simmer together for about 15 minutes, until the vegetables are defrosted and the water reduces. Season to taste with pepper. During this time, melt a teaspoon of butter in the second pan. Add the spinach and fry together for a couple of minutes until the spinach is diminished and covered with butter. Sprinkle the steaks with salt and pepper on all sides. Heat the oil in another frying pan until it starts to smoke slightly. Lay the meat down and fry on each side for a minute. At the end of frying, give each steak teaspoon of butter to emphasize the taste. Transfer to a plate and let the meat rest for about 10 minutes to let the juices settle down. Serve with prepared vegetables and young potatoes with butter 🙂
Enjoy!
