Baked chicken are a simple way to make a delicious, tasty and juicy dish. In this case, the main flavor of the thighs is emphasized by rosemary and fresh parsley. This recipe will allow you to prepare a chicken with a crispy skin and juicy meat peeling off the bones 🙂

Ingredients:

4 pieces of chicken (2 wings, 2 legs)
2 tablespoons of olive oil
2 tablespoons of chopped rosemary
2 tablespoons of fresh chopped parsley
½ teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon of sweet chili pepper
salt and pepper to taste (generously)

Procedure:

Preheat the oven to 200 ºC. Put the chicken in a bowl, pour olive oil, add spices and rub the meat thoroughly. Put into the oven for 40-50 minutes. Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes after it is pulled out. Garnish the meat with rosemary sprigs and fresh parsley. Serve with potatoes and your favorite salad.
