I love seafood, so I like to try, test and combine with various recipes containing shrimp. This time I have a great recipe for delicious pasta with aromatic prawns and fresh arugula. Simple preparation and the taste knocks you off your feet 🙂


450 g pasta
2 garlic cloves, minced
2 tablespoons olive oil
1-2 red chilies, seeded and chopped
400 g peeled raw prawns
1 cup of wine wine
6 sun-dried tomatoes, puréed
1 lemon
2 handfuls of rocket salad
salt and pepper to taste


Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Meanwhile, heat oil into a large pan over a medium heat. Add the garlic and chilies and sauté until garlic begins to colour. Add in the prawns and stir for a minute. Add the white wine and puréed tomatoes and simmer for 2 minutes. Grate the zest of the lemon and chop the rockets and add them into the sauce. Add the cooked pasta and toss them together. Squeeze in the juice of the lemon and season with salt and pepper to taste. Garnish with a few rocket leaves and lemon slices 🙂
