Now we have many types of pasta in stores, but I remember during our parents times when they had to make such pasta themselves. The recipe is simple, the ingredients are actually found in every kitchen, and the taste really makes a difference. If you have some time, it is worth preparing by yourself 🙂


400 g of wheat flour
3 egg yolks
180 ml of water
1 teaspoon of salt


Sift the flour and salt into a bowl. Add egg yolks and 150 ml of water. Mix the ingredients with a fork or hand. If the dough is too dry, add more water, if too wet, add flour. Knead the dough for about 10 minutes until it is smooth, uniform and springy. Put it in a bowl, cover it with a cloth and let the dough rest for half an hour. After this time, sprinkle the table top with flour. Roll out the dough to a thickness of about 1 mm. Cut the dough into long strips about 3mm thick (or as thick as you want the pasta), roll it out and hang it to dry. During this time, boil a pot of water (without salt and oil). Put the pasta strips in boiling water. When the pasta comes out, cook for 2 minutes. Drain through a strainer. The pasta is ready 🙂
