The barbecue season is on, so why not try other dishes. In Poland, grill is mainly associated with sausages, blood sausages or pork neck, but skewers are also popular. So I decided to use ground meat with lots of vegetables for a tasty, healthy, colorful grill skewers 🙂


500 g ground pork
2 garlic cloves
1 red onion
a handful fresh coriander
1 fresh red chili
3 tablespoon powder bread
1 large egg
salt and pepper

other ingredients:

1 red onion, cubed
3 colors of bell pepper
1 zucchini, cubed
1 eggplant, cubed
1 cup of tomato cocktail
2 tablespoon olive oil
wooden skewers sticks


In a big mixing bowl, combine all the ingredients. Mix thoroughly using your hands until evenly combined. Form the meatballs using a scoop or a spoon. Roll the mixture to make a nice circle. Continue until finish and set aside. Put the other ingredients or vegetables into another bowl, add salt, pepper and drizzle with olive oil. Mix. Thread the meatballs and vegetables onto the wooden skewers. Place on grill and cook until well browned all over and cooked. Serve with tzatziki sauce or garlic sauce 🙂
