¾ cup flour
3 tablespoons cocoa powder
pinch of salt
1 teaspoon granulated sugar
1 large egg
¾ cup milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
oil or butter for greasing

Sift in flour and cocoa powder in a bowl. Add salt and sugar and mix using a spoon to combine. In a mixing bowl, beat the egg, milk and vanilla. Add in dry ingredients and mix well to combine and turn into smooth batter. Heat a non-stick pan over a medium heat. Lightly grease or spray with butter or oil. Once hot, pour a ½ half cup of batter. Swirl the pan from side to side to create an even circle. Cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side. Transfer into a plate and repeat with the remaining batter. Serve with cream, fruits, powdered sugar or any toppings or fillings you desire 🙂
