A thin pancake that is great for breakfast or brunch. It’s perfect for your dessert table too. You can add a variety of fillings from sweet to savory that suits everyone’s taste. A quick and delicious recipe that everyone will like 🙂


1 ¾ cups flour
2 eggs
½ tsp granulated sugar
pinch of salt
2 cups milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
butter, melted
powdered sugar, fresh fruits, chocolate syrup


Sift in the flour in a big mixing bowl. Add sugar, salt and eggs and slowly mix. Pour in the milk and vanilla extract and mix until well combined and turns into a smooth batter. In a small skillet over a medium heat, melt a ¼ tsp of butter. Pour about ¼ cup of batter into the pan. Turn pan from side to side to create an even circle. Cook for about 1-2 minutes in each side. Transfer to a dish. Serve it with whipped cream or your favorite fruits or syrup or just simply add powdered sugar 🙂
