I have always said that simple dishes are the best and this is what pasta is. A few easily available ingredients, the cooking time is extremely short, and this dish looks really beautiful thanks to the colorful ingredients. The taste of this pasta is simply wonderful, I was surprised that from such simple ingredients and a short cooking time you can conjure up such a wonderful dish 🙂

Ingredients:

250 g al dente cooked spaghetti
2 large garlic cloves, finely diced
2 chilli peppers, cut into small cubes (one I cleaned of seeds, the other I cut with seeds to make the dish spicy)
a large handful of chopped green parsley
50 ml of olive oil
salt and pepper to taste

Procedure:

Pour half the olive oil into the pan, add the garlic and heat slowly. When the garlic starts to bubble slightly, add the rest of the oil and reheat it slowly. When the garlic starts to “chatter” again, add the paprika and mix. Fry for a few minutes, but be careful not to brown the garlic as it will make it bitter. Add the pasta and mix thoroughly until the oil covers the pasta completely. Season with salt and pepper and add the parsley. Mix everything thoroughly. Eat immediately after preparation, because then this dish is the best 🙂
