Extremely simple and tasty dish. The sauce is creamy, it tastes great with pesto and cheese, and the meatballs are juicy inside. A great and quick dish for a special occasion or an ordinary family dinner 🙂

Ingredients:

300 g of spaghetti, cooked according to the instructions on the package
500 g of minced meat
2 tablespoons of chopped green parsley
1 teaspoon of pepper
a large pinch of salt
1 egg
3 tablespoons of breadcrumbs
half a lemon juice
3 cloves of garlic, chopped
3 tablespoons of pesto
350 ml cream 18%
4 tablespoons of grated mozzarella cheese
oil for frying

Procedure:

Start heating the oil in the pan. In a bowl, combine meat, parsley, egg, breadcrumbs, salt, pepper, lemon juice and one chopped garlic and form small meatballs. When the oil is hot, put the meatballs on it and fry on each side. After frying, transfer the meat balls to a plate with a paper towel. In the fat in the same pan, fry the remaining garlic for about 30 seconds (if there is too much fat left after frying the meatballs, then pour it off so that the dish is not too greasy, there should be about a tablespoon of fat left in the pan. Pour the cream all over and bring to a boil. Add pesto and the whole mix thoroughly. Put the meatballs in the sauce and heat for about 2 minutes. Add the cheese and mix everything. If the sauce is too thick, add more cream. Serve with noodles and basil leaves 🙂

Enjoy!
