However, sometimes you feel like eating pasta, and hunger doesn’t keep you waiting long. That is why it is also worth getting acquainted with the recipe for a faster and equally tasty tomato dish with spaghetti 🙂

Ingredients:

500 g of minced pork
1 onion, finely diced
2 garlic cloves, chopped
4-5 tablespoons of tomato puree or you can use tomato sauce
1 can of sliced tomatoes
1 medium carrot, diced
salt and pepper to taste
half a teaspoon of dried basil
3/4 teaspoon dried oregano
half a teaspoon of sugar
basil leaves for garnish
grated cheese
300 g al dente cooked spaghetti according to the instructions on the package + 1/4 cup of pasta cooking water
olive oil or frying oil

Preparation:

In a frying pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the onion and sauté until it is glass colored and soft (but not brown). Add the garlic and simmer together for a minute. Add the carrots and fry again for 2 minutes. Add the meat and fry until the meat turns color, stirring occasionally. Add basil, oregano, pepper and salt and mix thoroughly. Pour everything with canned tomatoes along with the marinade and tomato puree. Add sugar and mix thoroughly. Simmer for about 20 minutes until the sauce is reduced. Add the pasta and a little water from pasta to the sauce. Cook together for 1-2 minutes. Serve with cheese and basil.
