Very tasty and healthy fish which is a valuable source of healthy omega-3 fatty acids. Unfortunately, salmon is also relatively expensive, so many people are afraid to prepare it at home, fearing that this delicious fish will be wasted. Therefore, I present to you a very simple and tasty way to prepare a juicy, fried salmon 🙂

Ingredients:

200 g salmon
½ teaspoon dried basil
½ teaspoon garlic powder
salt and pepper
oil for frying

Procedure:

Wash the salmon and dry it with paper towel. Rub with salt and pepper. Sprinkle with garlic powder and dried basil. Heat the oil in a pan over a medium and heat. Fry the salmon until nicely golden brown in each side. Serve with your favorite salad or mashed potatoes 🙂
