If you like slightly spicy appetizer or snack then this is the recipe for you. Stuffed finger chilies with cheese fried in deep oil. Delicious mix of  ingredients that will satisfy your craving for something meaty and cheesy and spicy. Surprise your guests with this crunchy, spicy and tasty treat with mayo and ketchup dip! 🙂

Ingredients:

Filling:

250g ground pork
1 small red onion, minced
2 cloves garlic,minced
1 medium carrots, minced
3 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp marjoram
2 tbsp powdered bread
salt and pepper
large finger chili peppers
cheddar cheese, cut into strips
lumpia wrapper
oil for frying

Procedure:

In a big mixing bowl, put the ground pork, onion, garlic, carrots, soy sauce, marjoram, powdered bread, salt and pepper and mix it well together using by hands. Wash the chili peppers, cut lengthwise in one side of each peppers from the stem down to the tip. Scrape the seeds of each peppers. Put 1 strip of cheese in each peppers and stuffed all peppers with meat mixture. Wrap each peppers with lumpia wrapper. Fry and place on a plate lined with paper towel. Serve with mayonnaise and ketchup dip 🙂
