Chicken wings are a really nice, not so expensive piece of meat, and often underrated. Most preferable are chicken leg, breast or tenderloin, but wings are also useful for cooking. You can prepare soup, broth, fry and bake with them. They fit sweet or spicy. This time I will show you baked wings, which are great as main dish during various meetings and events 🙂

Ingredients:

1 kg chicken wings
4 tablespoons of ketchup
4 garlic cloves, finely chopped or pressed through
1 teaspoon marjoram
1.5 teaspoons of oregano
1 teaspoon hot pepper
1 teaspoon sweet pepper
pinch of salt
half a teaspoon of pepper
2 tbsp oil

Procedure:

Wash and dry the chicken wings. Make sure they don’t have feathers as they have it removed. Put all ingredients in a bowl and mix thoroughly. Rub the wings and set aside in the fridge overnight. Heat the oven to 180ºC. Fry for 50 minutes by pouring water on them (after 15 minutes and after 30 minutes) so that they get a crispy crust, but do not burn 🙂
