If you are on a diet and you want a chicken soup then this dish is definitely for you. Zucchini goes well with broth, and chicken breast makes the dish tasty, but with a low fat content. A simple recipe, low in calories and perfect taste 🙂

Ingredients:

250 g chicken breast, cutted
1 zucchini, cutted
ginger, sliced
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 onion, chopped
1 pack rice noodles
3 glass water
2 glass bulion
2 tbsp oil
spring onion

Procedure:

In a big pot, heat the oil oven a medium heat. Fry the ginger until golden brown, add and saute the onion and garlic. Add the chicken and fry for 8-10 minutes. Add water and bring to a boil. Add the bullion and cover and simmer for 10 minutes. Add rice noodles and zucchini and cook until it is soft. Garnish with chopped spring onion and serve 🙂
