Since my Kids likes cauliflower, it became my favorite too. Cauliflower is a healthy, tasty, dietary vegetable that finds many uses in the kitchen. This time I invite you to read the recipe for quick and surely you will can have a great dinner with your family. A creamy, healthy and delicate cauliflower soup with the addition of cheese that surely everyone will ask for another bowl of soup 🙂

Ingredients:

250 g cauliflower, florets
1 onion, chopped
2 tablespoon flour
2 tablespoon butter
2 cups chicken broth
2 cups milk
1 cup cheddar cheese
salt and pepper
chives, minced

Procedure:

In a pot over a medium heat, put the butter and saute onion until tender. Stir in flour and mix. Add broth and bring to a boil. Add cauliflower florets. Cover and simmer for 5-8 minutes. Turn heat into low heat. Add milk and cheese. Stir occasionally until cheese has melted and soup has thickens. Season with salt and pepper. Place in a bowl and garnish with chives. Serve hot 🙂
