Pasta in various forms is a good way for a delicious and quick dinner dish. Mushrooms and bacon perfectly emphasize the cheese flavor of the sauce, and broccoli gives us a dose of vitamins and additional flavor. Great dish for the whole family 🙂

Ingredients:

200 g mushrooms, sliced
300 g smoked bacon, diced
1 onion, diced
2 garlic cloves, diced
400-500 g whole broccoli
1 cup milk
125 g mozzarella cheese cut into smaller pieces
2 tablespoons 18% cream
half a teaspoon of flour
half a teaspoon of butter
25 g cream cheese
400 g tagliatelle pasta
half a teaspoon of oregano
1 teaspoon pepper
chives or fresh parsley, chopped (optional)

Procedure:

Sauté the bacon without oil in the pan for about 5-7 minutes, the fat rendered from the bacon will replace the oil. Add mushrooms, onions, garlic and sprinkle with oregano. Fry together for about 10 minutes. During this time, prepare broccoli. Put broccoli in boiling salted water and cook for 3 minutes. After this time, remove the broccoli from the pot and quench with cold water (just pour the vegetable with water or put in ice water). Cut into small florets. Set aside. When the bacon, mushrooms, onion and garlic are fried, put everything in a separate bowl, let the oil remain into the pan. Add butter into the same pan and melt it. Add flour and mix thoroughly with fat and melted butter. Pour milk and mix everything thoroughly. Add mozzarella, cream cheese, cream and mix everything thoroughly into a uniform sauce. If the sauce is too thick, add some milk. Season with pepper and mix thoroughly. During this time, cook the pasta according to the packaging. Add broccoli and a mixture of bacon with mushrooms, onions and garlic to the pan with cheese sauce. Mix everything thoroughly. Add cooked pasta and mix everything again so that the pasta is covered with sauce. Sprinkle with chives or green parsley. Serve.

Enjoy!
