A great snack for all occasions that will definitely amaze your guests. Warm, fluffy, aromatic buns and perfectly seasoned Camembert cheese are the perfect combination for your taste buds. Can also serve as appetizer too! Prepare this simple and delicious dish for the celebration of the new year, for another special occasion or just for a day when you fancy something delicious 🙂

Ingredients:

420 g of wheat flour
220 ml of warm water
4 g of dry yeast
½ teaspoon of salt
½ teaspoon of sugar
1 circle-shaped camembert cheese (120g)
1 garlic clove, minced
a few sprigs of rosemary
salt and pepper to taste
olive oil

Procedure:

Mix flour, water, yeast, salt and sugar in a bowl and knead until smooth. The dough will be slightly sticky. Cover the bowl with a cloth and set aside in a warm place for 1½ hours. Line the baking tray with baking paper and sprinkle with flour. To make it easier, you can prepare a selected sketch with flour. Place the camembert cheese wrap in the center of the baking tray to make room for the cheese. Make small balls of the dough for the buns and place them around the cheese wrapper. Cover it with a cloth and leave it in a warm place for another hour to rise. Meanwhile, keep cooking the cheese. Cut the cheese rind on top, add rosemary, garlic, pepper, salt and a few drops of olive oil inside. Wrap in baking foil from the bottom and replace the cheese box. Sprinkle the buns with salt and pepper and drizzle with olive oil. Put everything in an oven preheated to 180°C for 30-35 minutes, until the cheese is melted and the dough is golden. Serve hot 🙂

Enjoy!
