Stuffed Chicken Breasts
Chicken is a great dish for various diets. Stuffed steamed breasts recipe that is so easy prepare yet delectable and healthy, because it has less fat than fried in oil. The combination of chicken meat with feta cheese, basil and dried tomatoes is a tasty and very simple fit dish that goes perfectly with your favorite salad or steamed vegetables 🙂
Ingredients:
2 chicken breast
70 g feta cheese, cubed
½ cup of fresh basil leaves
6 sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
salt and pepper
Procedure:
Wash the chicken breasts and place in a cutting board. Press a hand on top of the breast and slowly insert the knife on its side to create a pocket. Dry it with paper towels. Season with salt and pepper both sides and inside. Combine feta, basil and tomatoes in a small bowl and mix until well-combined. Spoon filling into each pockets. Close by using a toothpick. Steamed for 10-15 minutes (you can also fry it in olive oil). Serve with your favorite salad 🙂
