Attractive, colorful, aromatic, simple and very tasty dish. Peppers with meat, rice and a lot of cheese will easily satisfy every appetite. Great dish for both parties and a classic family dinner 🙂

Ingredients:

3 large red peppers (choose those that will stand steadily)
250 g minced meat from pork shoulder
2 cups cooked rice
100 g grated yellow cheese
1 garlic clove, finely diced
1 small onion, finely diced
salt and pepper
½ tsp dried parsley
½ tsp sweet chili pepper
½ tsp oregano
1 tbsp oil

Preparation:

Fry onion and garlic in hot oil. Add meat and fry together. When the meat is fried, add rice, salt, pepper, parsley, sweet chili pepper and oregano. Stir and fry everything together for a while. Set aside to cool. Add 20 g of yellow cheese and mix all. Wash the peppers and cut off the top like a hat. Remove the seeds in the center of the pepper and put the stuffing by kneading it with your hand or spoon. Pour some water into an ovenproof dish and put the peppers. Put in the oven preheated to 180ºC for 25 minutes. After this time, open the oven and sprinkle with cheese. Bake for 10-12 minutes until the cheese dissolves nicely. You can also bake “hats” for decoration.

Enjoy!
