Grilled Prawns And Vegetables Skewers
Shrimps with vegetables prepared on a grilled fire are a really great dish. In addition, the sweet pineapple emphasizes the taste of these skewers. Another simple recipe, and it’s perfect for quick preparation during the barbecue season and picnic 🙂
Ingredients:
20 prawns, cleaned and shelled
1 red pepper, cut into large cubes
1 red onion, cut into large cubes
3 pieces of diced pineapple
1 small zucchini, sliced
10 cherry tomatoes
2 tablespoons of olive oil
pinch of salt
a pinch of pepper
the juice of one lemon
Procedure:
Prepare the marinade by mixing olive oil with salt, pepper and lemon juice. Put the rest of the ingredients on skewers. Brush the ingredients with the marinade and transfer to the hot grill grate. Grill the skewers on each side for 3-4 minutes, changing them from time to time and brushing with marinade. Be careful not to burn the prawns 🙂
