Roasted Garlic Parmesan Carrots
Carrots are also great for side dishes. Can be a fresh salad or can also be cooked and super easy to make. Like this roasted carrots with a semi-sweet taste, cheesy and a little bit spicy. For those who love spicy food this will be perfect for your meal 🙂
Ingredients:
bunch of medium-sized baby carrots, washed and peeled
4 tablespoons of butter, melted
4 cloves of garlic, minced
1 teaspoon of Italian Seasoning
¼ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon fresh ground pepper
â…“ cup parmesan cheese
¼ teaspoon pepper flakes (optional)
chopped parsley
Procedure:
Preheat the oven to 200ºC. Cut the carrots into half and place into a large mixing bowl. Pour the melted butter, Italian Seasoning, salt and pepper and pepper flakes (because I like spicy). Toss them together. Add the grated parmesan cheese and toss again until well coated. Transfer the carrots into a baking sheet sprayed with oil. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until tender. Serve with chopped parsley 🙂
