Oatmeal is a great breakfast option because it provides plenty of carbohydrate and fiber, but some people just don’t like oatmeal. So you can make a tasty dish that hides the healthy properties of porridge. Extra fruit will surely add flavor and vitamins to your breakfast 🙂

Ingredients:

1 cup Old-fashioned oats
1 ½ cups of flour
1 ½ glass of milk
1 egg
1 tbsp sugar
3 tbsp oil
1 glass of fresh raspberries

Procedure:

Separate the white egg and egg yolk into two different bowls. Start with the egg white by mixing it from a low-high speed until it became foamy. In another bowl with the egg yolk, add the flour, sugar, milk, oil and mix together until well combined. Pour in the oats and raspberry and mix them together by folding it using a spatula. Add the foamy egg whites and slowly fold it. Heat oil in pan over a medium heat. Fry pancakes in each side. Transfer into a dish and serve it with cream and raspberries on top and any syrup you like 🙂

Enjoy!
