I love simple, quick and tasty dishes, and tenderloin with onion for sure is such a dish. Any novice cook can handle it, and in a few minutes you can create a tasty, juicy and aromatic dinner that will amaze all eaters 🙂

Ingredients:

1 pork tenderloin, cut into 2-3 cm slices
2 onions, sliced
1 tablespoon of butter
1 tablespoon of oil
salt and pepper

Preparation:

Remember to wash the tenderloin, dry it and remove the membrane. Use your hands to flatten them slightly. Rub the meat with salt and pepper on each side. Dissolve half a tablespoon of butter and half a tablespoon of oil in a pan. Add the onion and fry until golden brown. At the end of frying, season with pepper and salt to taste. In the second pan, heat the rest of the butter and oil (if you don’t have two pans, you can transfer the onion to a bowl and cover it with aluminum foil to keep it warm). When the pan is hot, place the tenderloins on the cutting side. Fry on each side for 4-5 minutes over medium heat. Serve the meat with hot onion, boiled potatoes with dill, and green beans (or your favorite salad). You also can pour the potatoes with frying fat 🙂

Enjoy!
