A quick but amazing and kid-friendly snack intended for Halloween, but also for ordinary parties, because puff pastry together with sausage create a great taste, and additionally, ketchup and mustard perfectly complement this dish 🙂
5 pieces sausage
puff pastry sheet
1 egg, beaten
Cut the sausage into half lengthwise. Cut the pastry sheets into strips and roll around each sausage to create a mummy-wrap effect. Brush each mummy rolls with beaten egg. Bake into the oven at 180°C for 15 minutes or until the pastry is puffed and golden. Remove from the oven and allow to cool. It’s time to make the mummy’s eyes, cut the onion and make a small circle shape. Top with pepper balls and decorate into the rolls.
