Fried rice always accompanied me at breakfast. It is a common breakfast for Filipinos. This is a great way to use leftover rice. But my husband loves eggs with sausage for breakfast. So I decided to combine our Polish – Filipino tastes and this is how this simple dish was created for breakfast 🙂
30g sausage (cut in into cubes)
1 garlic clove (minced)
onion chives (chopped)
5 cups boiled rice
salt and pepper
oil for frying
Heat the oil in a frying pan, add minced garlic. Stir-fry until it turns to a light golden color. Add the sausage ang fry until it is cooked. Add the rice and fry for 3-5 minutes. Add salt and pepper and mix. Serve with scrambled eggs, fried garlic and chives.
