A very simple recipe and very tasty. It is perfect as a snack with wine, an addition to dinner or a simple warm snack. The creamy texture of the cheese literally melts in your mouth. During preparation, you only need to watch out for the cheese crust, because a creamy center may flow out 🙂

Ingredients:

2 x 100 g of camembert cheese
1 egg
a pinch of pepper
breadcrumbs to coat
oil for frying

Procedure:

Heat the oil in a pan. Beat the egg with pepper. Dip the cheese thoroughly in the eggs and then roll it in breadcrumbs on each side. Immediately put the cheese in the hot oil and fry on each side until golden brown. After frying, put it on a paper towel for a while to collect the fat and serve it immediately. The cheese tastes great with cranberry sauce 🙂
