Blue cheese dip is an extremely popular sauce in the United States, where it is added to virtually any dish, such as salads, sandwiches and burgers. The main ingredient of this sauce is blue/bleu cheese. This addition in Poland or the Philippines is not very popular, but it is slowly changing because this sauce is delicious and really emphasizes the taste of dishes 🙂


60 g of crushed blue cheese
1 teaspoon of mayonnaise
2 tablespoons of cream 18%
3 stalks of chives, finely chopped
3 large pinches of pepper
a small pinch of salt
1 ½ teaspoon of apple cider vinegar


Combine mayonnaise, cream, pepper, salt and vinegar in a blending dish. Add cheese and blend everything until smooth. Add the chives and mix. Taste and possibly season with salt and pepper.
