Donuts With Whipped Cream
Fat Thursday is a very popular day where we eat donuts. This year as we celebrate, I prepared delicious donuts with whipped cream. The execution is very simple, the presentation is beautiful, and the taste is brilliant, the donuts disappear very quickly 🙂
Ingredients:
500 g of flour
2 yolks
1 egg
1 pack (8 g) of instant yeast
180 ml of warm milk
1 packet (16 g) of vanilla sugar
3 teaspoons of oil
1/4 teaspoon of salt
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
330 ml cream 30%
1 packet of whipped cream powder
powdered sugar for sprinkling
2 cups of frying oil with 1 glass of spiritus
Procedure:
Transfer flour, egg yolks, eggs, yeast, milk, vanilla sugar, teaspoons of oil, salt and baking powder to a mixing bowl and mix. Knead the dough for 10 minutes (you can do this with a food processor, for example). Set aside to rise for an hour. After this time, lightly knead the dough, roll it out to about 1 cm and cut out circles. Fry in hot oil and spirit until brown. Mix the whipped cream powder with the cream until stiff. Cut the cooled donuts in half, put in a large layer of whipped cream and sprinkle the whole with powdered sugar 🙂
