Everyone in the family loves chocolate. My husband can even finish a whole bar of chocolate. Since we celebrating my husband and my daughter’s name day (they have the same day) I decided to make a delicious chocolate cake for them 🙂

Ingredients:

2 eggs
4 tbsp granulated sugar
5 tbsp oil
2 tbsp cocoa powder
4 tbsp flour
1 tsp baking powder
200 g semi-sweet chocolate (melted)
300 ml Cream 30% (60 ml room temperature and 240 ml cold)
2 tbsp powdered sugar
2 tbsp powdered milk

Procedure:

Whisk the eggs and sugar into a big bowl. Add oil and mix well. Sift-in the flour, baking powder, cocoa powder and mix until well combined. Place into a round baking tin with a parchment paper over. Bake into the oven in 180ºC for 10-15 minutes. Transfer into a plate and let it cool. In another bowl, put melted chocolate and cream (room temperature), mix it well together and set aside. Mix the cream (cold) using an electric mixer. Add powdered sugar, powdered milk and mix on a medium-high speed until became soft and fluffy. Add the cream into the chocolate mixture, mix slowly until well combined. Put a thick plastic to form a circle shaped into the cake (taped it so that it will not leak). Slowly put the chocolate mixture on top. Chill for a night. Remove the plastic and sprinkle with cocoa powder and serve. You can add strawberry on top or any fruits what you like 🙂

Enjoy!
