Polish people mostly eating potatoes. They eat potatoes as rice in Philippines. Baked potatoes are great both as an addition to meat and as a snack. Slightly crunchy, garlicky taste and soft inside that will surely please all family members 🙂

Ingredients:

1 kg potatoes
3 tbsp olive oil
2 garlic cloves (finely chopped)
½ tsp sweet chili pepper
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp pepper
¼ tsp provence herbs

Procedure:

Peel and cut the potatoes into halves or quarters (depending on the size of the potatoes). Put them in a pot and cook for 10 minutes. Drain off. When the potatoes cool down, add oil and spices to the pot and mix. I cover the pot with a lid and slowly shake it. Preheat the oven to 180ºC (hot air). Put the potatoes into an ovenproof dish and bake for about 45 minutes.
