This turkey recipe is really tasty and protein-rich meat. In addition, such leg looks really beautiful on the table with its tender juicy texture and amazing taste that will delight the taste buds of every family members 🙂


1 turkey leg
3 garlic cloves (chopped)
bay leaf
2 allspice balls
1 tsp marjoram
2 tbsp sweet chili pepper
1 tbsp pepper
1 tsp salt
oil for frying


Wash and dry the meat. Thoroughly rub salt, pepper and sweet pepper on each side. Marjoram rub from above. Put in the fridge overnight. Heat a large frying pan and fry the turkey on each side. At the end of frying, add chopped garlic and fry for 10 seconds. Pour hot water about a quarter of a turkey, add bay leaf, allspice and simmer covered, until soft, occasionally turning the meat over (about 60 minutes stewing). After this time, reduce the sauce to half (just cook uncovered). If you want, you can thicken the sauce with flour, but in my opinion this is not necessary. The turkey is hot with potatoes and salad, but it is also delicious for sandwiches.
