Incredibly simple recipe and really delicious. It is perfect as an appetizer, addition to the main course and a regular snack. In addition, the peppers look really nice on the plate, and the aromatic aroma will stimulate the taste buds of all household members 🙂


200 g sweet mini peppers, washed and dried (can also be chili peppers)
2-3 garlic cloves, sliced
2 tablespoons of olive oil
1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar
freshly ground pepper to taste
a pinch of Himalayan salt (can be normal salt)


Put the peppers in an ovenproof dish and sprinkle with chopped garlic. Drizzle with olive oil, vinegar and season to taste with pepper and salt. Put the dish in the oven preheated to 200°C (heater up – down) for about 20-25 minutes. Serve with the main course or as a snack 🙂
