After preparing cauliflower nuggets and chicken strips, it’s time for delicious and healthy fish. Cod nuggets are simple and quick to prepare, and the taste is simply brilliant. Perfect as an evening snack or a delicious lunch for the whole family 🙂

Ingredients:

cod loin (about 400 g), cut into 1 cm strips
1 egg, beaten
pinch of salt
½ teaspoon of pepper
½ cup of breadcrumbs
½ cup of Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon of red pepper
30 g of butter
flour to coat

Procedure:

Mix the breadcrumbs, cheese, salt, pepper and red pepper thoroughly. Dip a piece of fish in flour, then in an egg and then in a previously prepared mixture. Place on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Repeat for all pieces of fish. For each piece of fish, give a small slice of butter. Bake at 200°C (hot air) for 12-15 minutes. Serve with fries and your favorite sauce 🙂
