When hiking, energy is needed, and an energy-booster breakfast would be great. Bacon, eggs and cheese are a source of energy for a large part of the day, so long walks will not be a challenge. In addition, the taste of such breakfast will satisfy every hungry person for adventure 🙂


3 large eggs
1 tablespoon milk
salt and pepper
pinch of garlic powder
1 tablespoon chives, chopped
4-5 bacon strips
2 tablespoon cheddar cheese, grated
oil for frying


In a medium-sized bowl whisk together eggs, milk, salt, pepper and garlic powder. Add chives and mix. Heat in the oil into the pan over a medium heat. Pour in the scrambled eggs. Mix and cook for 3-5 minutes. Set aside. In a flat plate, place the bacon strips. Spoon scramble eggs on top of the bacon. Sprinkle with cheese. Slowly roll up the bacon (make sure that you roll it tightly). Place the bacon roll into the same pan where you cook scrambled eggs. Fry and slowly roll until brown and crispy. Place into a plate. Sprinkle with chives. Serve with bread.
