Pizza is a very delicious dish that literally everyone loves. There are also many lovers of American fast food like KFC and McDonalds. Can it be combined into one dish? Of course! Delicious pizza with crispy chicken, BBQ sauce and Grander-style toppings, along with juicy mini burgers with delicious sauce and Big Mac like stuffings 🙂

Bite-size Meatballs:

Ingredients:

250 g ground meat
1 medium size red onion, diced
1 garlic cloves, minced
2 tablespoon of powdered bread
2 tablespoon of marjoram
salt and pepper, to taste
oil for frying

Procedure:

Combine all the ingredients into a bowl except oil. Mix thoroughly using hand. Shape into bite-size meatballs. Heat oil into a pan over medium heat. Fry all the meatballs until golden brown. Place into a paper towel to remove excess oil. Set aside.

Crispy Chicken Bites:

Ingredients:

250 g chicken breast cut into a 1 inch cube or bite-size
½ cup of milk
3 tablespoons of flour
1 egg
salt and pepper
½ teaspoon for sweet chili pepper
a pinch of spicy chili powder
½ teaspoon oregano
½ teaspoon of garlic powder
1 cup of cornflakes
2 tablespoon of butter

Procedure:

Pour flour into a bowl, add egg, milk and spices. Mix thoroughly to obtain a homogenous mass. Wash the chicken, make it dry using a paper towel. Place the chicken in a bowl and marinate it with flour mixture and leave for about an hour. Preheat the oven to 180°C (hot air or fan). Crumble or blend the flakes in a blender. Cot the chicken one by one with flakes and place into a baking tray with a baking sheet. Put some butter on the top. Bake for 15 minutes or until crisp and golden. Set aside.

Tomato Sauce:

Ingredients:

1 can of canned tomatoes, skinned and peeled
1 teaspoon oregano
½ teaspoon basil
½ teaspoon of sugar
pinch of salt and pepper

Procedure:

Pour the canned tomatoes into a saucepan over a medium heat. Add spices and cook slowly until sauce has reduced and thickens. Season with salt and pepper.

Dough:

Ingredients:

2 ½ cups of flour
1 cup warm water
1 tablespoon of olive oil
1 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon dry yeast
pinch of salt

Procedure:

Sift-in flour into a big mixing bowl. Add salt, sugar, yeast, olive and pour water. Mix all ingredients thoroughly. Knead the dough by hands on a flat surface for about 10 minutes por until the dough is uniform. Put back the dough into a bowl and cover with a cloth. Place into a warm place and allow it to rise for 1-2 hours.

Additional Ingredients:

130 g of yellow cheese, shredded
125 g of mozzarella cheese, sliced
3 pieces of medium size pickles, sliced
5-7 pieces of tomato cocktail, sliced
1 small white onion, chopped
1 small red onion, sliced

Pizza:

Once the dough is ready, place into a floured surface and roll into a round shape to a thickness of about 3-5 millimeters. Transfer the rolled dough into a baking tray lightly sprinkle with flour. Spread the dough with tomato sauce. Sprinkle with cheese all over. Put the pickles and tomatoes on top. I actually make two flavors of pizza in one so on the left side put the white onion. On the right side put the red onion. Put the mozzarella cheese on the top. Preheat the oven to 200°C and bake for 10 minutes. After this time, put the meatball on the left side on top of white onion. And chicken on the other side. Bake for another 2-5 minutes. Serve with sauces, for example with BBQ sauce and hamburger sauce, and salad.
