Ingredients:

2 cups of milk, cold
2 ripe bananas
½ cup blueberries
10 strawberries
2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup

Procedure:

Place all the ingredients into a blender. Blend until smooth and well combined. You can add some ice cubes to make it colder and adjust sweetness by adding more honey or maple syrup. Pour into a glass and top with fruits 🙂
