Very simple and the taste is overwhelming. In addition, the presentation is really great, thanks to which I have a great dessert. Shortcrust pastry perfectly harmonizes with a delicious butterscotch cream, and sweet and sour fruits create a perfect harmony of flavors 🙂

Ingredients:

250g cream cheese
230g butterscotch
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
12-15 mini tart shells, homemade or store-bought
sliced fresh or frozen fruit of choice

Procedure:

Beat the butterscotch in a mixing bowl until smooth. Add the cream cheese and vanilla and mix until fluffy. Spoon into cooled mini tart shells. Chill for 2 hours or until set. Top and decorate with fruit of choice 🙂
